This is the fourth time our family has stayed in this home. We’ve been renting 5star+ vacation homes in Thermal for the past six years.This one tops them all! It’s large and spacious. The furnishings are high end. The beds are really comfortable with high quailty bedding. Each bedroom has its own thermostat. Black out drapes are an option for total privacy or you can wake up to the gorgeous sunrise overlooking the unobstructed golf course.The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and entertaining. The appliances are professional grade.There are numerous entertainment options inside to suit every interest, with two separate living rooms. Video gaming, board games, a book collection, pool table and plenty of areas to relax and play in this amazing mansion. There is a two car garage and a garage door opener is in included. The property also has garbage removal service once a week and the large fridge in the garage is a nice perk to store drinks. The backyard is the best feature! Incredible heated pool/hot tub and a swim up bar are only the beginning. The excessive outdoor seating areas and lounge chairs are resort worthy. The outdoor kitchen, grill, fridge and misters are a huge hit when barbecuing with friends. The fire pit and private putting green are a fan favorite with our teenage kids. The home is also equipped for babies and small children. The kids love the pool toys.The house has been newly remodeled and it’s clean and immaculate. It’s obvious that every conceivable need or want has been planned, prior to arrival.The staff has always been outstanding by responding to any of our questions or needs, immediately. Whether it’s requesting a gate pass, last minute, or a simple question about locating something, they made us feel welcome and cared for.Don’t wait to book this house. It’s a rare gem. The photos do not accurately describe how truly perfect this property is..Book early and plan ahead because this one goes fast.

Stayed here during Labor Day weekend and it was great. The house was perfect for 2 families. Extra outdoor umbrellas were dropped off at the front door due to the extreme heat which was greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

A spacious open floor plan was perfect for our party of 9 - 4 adults / 4 teenagers / 7yr old. Inside and out this home has it all. If you are looking to entertain or just relax this property will exceed your needs. Located in a gated golf course community in the city of La Quinta is a perk- I highly recommend. We had six adults and 4 children and tons of room to spare. The property had everything you could need, there was not one thing that we couldn’t find or didn’t have. AND, it was surprisingly very safe for toddlers. It was gorgeous, clean, and there wasn’t a lot of clutter that the kids could get into ;) Communication was wonderful as well. Would stay again definitely.

Booked a last minute trip and ended up in this amazing house. It is everything you could possibly want in a vacation home - plenty of space for a group, fully stocked with everything you need, the backyard is a dream and the living space is so comfortable for relaxing! Pool table was so much fun too! We had a small technology problem with the hot tub and the management response was so quick, it was fixed in no time. They were so great to work with on every level! We’ll be back!

Requested early check in and late check out. Denied for both. Pool was filthy. Spent over an hour raking out leaves from pool. Had to scoop out a ton of leaves from the skimmer with my hand so pool filter could work. Dirt clouds permeated through the water when walking. AC drainage pipes from the roof dripped water constantly onto patio furniture and outdoor carpet which was soaked the whole time. Coffee maker was filthy. The Good: The house was clean and spacious. We were not aware that one of the king bedrooms was not part of the main house. You have to go out the front door to access that bedroom. Pool table was a plus. Pool stick holder clips need to be repaired. Also be aware that they monitor noise level in backyard. Can't be over 70 decibels. Kind of a nuisance but not a show stopper. Overall it was a nice stay with extended family.

Resort Home Destinations is my 100% go to agency for 100% of my Palm Springs vacations. They are prompt and serving with all requests. They have always gone above and beyond pretty much all rental agencies I have experienced. The home was beautiful. This was our first time in this home specifically and I will definitely adding to the list. The house placement is just barely out of driving distance from the tee box for most golfers so its very unlikely to get any arrant golf shots into the back yard.

We had 10 adults and 1 toddler for a family vacation and everyone had such a great time! A few of us had tickets for the Stagecoach festival and this house was the perfect location to be so close to the polo fields. All the couples had their own rooms with king beds and there was more than enough space for everyone to stay comfortably. The beds were so comfortable, my mom and I were looking up where we could buy the same sheets for our beds at home! We played in the pool, cooked, and had movie nights! Our toddler napped and slept great with the blackout curtains too. The management team was also very helpful with any questions we had and made our stay so easy! We loved this house and definitely will be planning to stay there again for our next family vacation to the desert!

What a wonderful way to bring in the new year! Our family enjoyed this spacious beautiful home. It was beyond comfortable and the amenities of having a pool table and putting green were great. The staff was there in minutes if we needed anything. We loved our week there!

This was our tenth year in a row in a dessert for golf getaway with best buddies, and fourth time we've rented from ResortHD (Karen and team). The property was in perfect condition (almost, the mister did not work properly, but was not needed), completely clean, and came with a professional management team that really cares about your experience during your stay. Karen and the team was always available in real time to address any issues.
Note: Renters be aware of the early 'quite' time restriction in this particular neighborhood. Just be ready to take your party inside the house after 8 pm, which was shocking early IMO especially enjoying the beautiful weather outside with your friends and family.

Would like to suggest that the fans be cleaned better. Fan blades dirty.

Beautiful house in a great location! Very clean and comfortable. It was nice to have the AC on for our arrival during the scorching summer heat. They even had the main living room tv playing jazz music. Karen was very helpful and very easy to work with and we had Robert stop by when we arrived to show us around the house and how to operate the pool and outdoor lights. On our last day, we even had donuts brought to the house. Just wish the pool was a bit larger. We've booked many houses in the past with other companies but the first time with Resorts Home Destinations and I'm certain it won't be the last. Thank you Karen and Robert! We had a great time!

This is a wonderful house that we rented for a multigenerational vacation. Enough room for all to gather, but also room for everyone to have their own ‘space’. It’s in excellent condition. The patio has multiple seating areas which is also very inviting. The management staff was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay.

We really enjoyed this was perfect for our Christmas vacation. The location is amazing--great views of the mountains and golf course. The layout was just perfect--the living room sofa was large and comfortable for our movie nights, and the pool table was such a nice bonus. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The home was so clean and well organized, and all of the bedrooms were beautifully appointed and very relaxing. Finally, the pool area--with the barbeque and putting green--was just so much fun and had tons of seating choices. We love working with Resort Home Destinations--directions/ instructions are always detailed and easy to follow and, when you do have questions, someone responds so quickly. And, we also love when Robert brings us donuts! Thank you for helping to make our holiday so fun!!

My family of 8 spent a week there in replace of our annual Brazil trip due to Covid, and now we want to come to Karen’s place every year! There was enough seating everywhere in the house for everyone to be comfortable. Whenever we had questions, we got a response nearly within moments! We will most definitely be back! The house itself is gorgeous with everything you can imagine.

There was plenty of space for everyone to retreat to their own rooms, but also lots of room in the common areas. She was quick to answer any question we had. The house was beautiful, comfortable, and well-equipped.

From the bar to the pool and the views, we loved it. Looking forward to recommending this property to our friends and considering returning ourselves soon.

This is the 3rd year we have rented a home with Resort Home Destinations and we had another great family vacation. We had 8 adults, 2 babies and some kids too. The house was wonderful and accommodated all of us. There was plenty of backyard furniture to lounge on and also misters to keep us cool. The kitchen is well stocked (only thing missing is a slow cooker) with plenty of pots and pans and serving ware. This is a wonderful house, a good sized pool with a great view. Only wish we could be there for 2 weeks!

Great spot, super clean. We gave Karen quite the laundry list of requests and she was tip top accommodating. Recommend betting GIRs to the finishing tee timers during the evening hours.

What a joy to have a property as advertised! Clean, comfortable and truly a kitchen you could prepare food in!! The pool was heated when we arrived....everything worked as it should and we never had to call for maintenance nor assistance. WiFi never went down and every appliance worked and was clean. So glad we found this place. Stayed in comparison! Will be booking again...and we don't usually say that!

This place has everything you need to enjoy your time in La Quinta. From the pool table inside to the pool, spa and outdoor fire pit and tv, it has it all. This is our second time staying here and we will be coming back again for sure! Karen at Resort HD is the best!

We had a group of 10 adults from four different states for our stay in this gorgeous home. All of us loved this property. The layout is perfect for large groups with five bedrooms and a large gathering space in the center of the home. The views from the pool are lovely with the golf course and the mountains as a backdrop. We enjoyed making meals together in the home and it never felt crowded in the common spaces. We cannot say enough about this home and the service from Resort Home Destinations. During the walkthrough, all of our questions and concerns were addressed. We had access to a laundry room and a garage. We have already recommended this home to others as an excellent choice for a family gathering, a girls' getaway or any type of reunion. The wifi, televisions and sound system worked well inside and in the outdoor living space. The location is convenient and we enjoyed a visit to the Sunday morning farmers' market in Old Town La Quinta. The neighborhood is perfect for a morning walk or run. The home has a welcoming feel and the high quality bedding and bath amenities makes it feel as if you are staying at a five-star resort. We loved this home and cannot thank you enough for the excellent service. We are already discussing a return trip to the Palm Springs area and would definitely stay at 350 Legends again. Can't wait!

We had a wonderful, though short, getaway to the desert in August. Not the ideal time, but the ideal home. The pool, misters, shade and a/c made it all so very comfortable. The beds were comfy and the kitchen well-stocked. We didn't need to leave unless we wanted to. Marissa was wonderful about answering any questions....she seemed like she was always working, but we never felt we were bugging her. She's an amazing asset to the company. We will always use Resort Home Destinations!

It was excellent. House beautiful. All our west coast kids together with their east coast parents for Christmas holiday!

When we arrived to the house, we immediately contacted Marissa to schedule a walk thought per the instructions left for us. She replied quickly and informed us that she would be arriving in 10 minutes to schedule a walk through. When she arrived, she showed us around and explained to us all the cool features the house has to offer. She showed us how to work the control panel that basically controls the entire house it was very easy to understand. We did not have any issues during our 5 day stay.

Now to that actual home. This home is beautiful, the pictures really do not do it justice. There was no detail left behind from the bed sheets to the kitchen utensils. This house is well equipped with everything you can think of, the kitchen had large pots and pans to accommodate our party of 12. The house is very spacious, we never felt crammed, even with our group that consisted of 4 families. The outside was very nice too, the pool has 3 sitting stools and the pools shallow end had two umbrellas to cover us from the beaming hot La Quinta sun. The pool furniture was well maintained and there is even a television you can watch while youre in the pool. The pool misters were a much added relief to the 114 degree weather. One other nice thing we enjoyed was that the house was equipped with outdoor speakers, so we were able to stream music from the television inside the house and have it play outside in the pool area.

My family and I like the house so much we are already talking about booking for next year.

My wife and I have been going to the desert for the last five years during the summer. We typically use VRBO and have never been let down. This home was by far our best experience. The home is more than beautiful, the pics do not do justice to how awesome this place is. We took our adult kids and our granddaughter on this vacation. My son and I golfed our brains out in the mornings and spent the rest of the day in the pool with the rest of the family. We absolutely had a blast. The house is decorated high end, and is fully equipped with everything you need. With 8 adults and a little kid running around, the house never became crowded, the place is huge!We will definitely come back to this home!

The house was very clean and inviting...music playing..air conditioning on. Freeman arrived within minutes of our arrival and could not have been more helpful and attentive to our needs...he responds very quickly to questions and never hesitated to offer assistance!

The pool has a ton of seating and includes some pool rafts ... there is a fire pit and a outdoor TV. The misters can in handy!

This is the 5th house I have rented for Stagecoach (first from this company)and of course the best yet!
It's just a couple miles south of the Empire Polo Grounds (Coachella/Stagecoach) which is nice because there is less traffic when leaving the venue. Speaking of coming back to the house I have to say the gate staff here is very friendly and welcoming. They made you feel like a guest verses other places I have stayed where you were made to more like a trespasser.
I am a real estate agent myself and it was comforting working with other professionals.

I would definitely recommend this house AND this company.

We rented the house for a 4 day family birthday celebration. We were 3 couples and 5 children ages 4-11. The house was perfect for us all. It was clean and very well stocked. I would prefer having a deeper patio area, farther away from the cart path.
