Privately Owned Properties vs. Timeshares. Resort Home Destinations does not offer timeshares; all of our properties are individually owned and sold. The usage patterns and characteristics of timeshares are uniquely different from traditional property purchases and does not fit our model of offering the best vacation experiences for our homeowners and our guests.
